Description of Flat Rate Basic Service

Service consists of a combination of live operators and automated answering. To use this service, your office line is forwarded to a number supplied by Apartment Lines (automatic call-forwarding is available on request). A customized greeting directs callers to leave a voice message for your office, or to press a key that transfers them to a live emergency operator. Live operators dispatch qualified emergency calls to the appropriate personnel. Non-emergency callers leave a voicemail message that can be sent to your email and/or retrieved by phone.

Optional Add-On Features*

• Daily Call Log - Additional $10 monthly.
  A hard copy of all operator-handled call records e-mailed or faxed to you daily.

• Menu items - Additional $2 monthly.
  Add a Spanish menu or selectable leasing information.

• Automatic Call Forwarding - Your calls forward to the answering service
  whenever your line is unanswered by the 4th ring or all lines are busy.

• Special Features - Additional options available.
  Add Extra mailboxes, Call Transfer, or Selectable Greetings.

How To Begin Service

To begin service, simply fill in the Set Up Forms and fax them to 1-877-225-9824 (you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print these forms). There is a one-time $15 set-up fee for each community you are starting on Apartment Lines. To connect to Apartment Lines you will need call forwarding, a feature available through your telephone company.
